Hollow Tide Atlas

Hollow Tide Atlas is a quiet adventure about mapping a broken archipelago. You sail between floating islands, uncover fragments of a lost story, and solve gentle environmental puzzles to open new routes.

There is no combat, which was refreshing. The tension comes from figuring out where to go next and reading the environment. The art direction is soft and watercolour-like, and the ambient score fits perfectly.

Some backtracking wore on me late game, but the sense of discovery mostly carried it. Play it with headphones on a slow evening.
